Every workout features unusual but effective glute and ab work because we all want round bums and toned abs

Every day is a different workout, no two days are the same. Featuring dumbbell, barbell, cable, band, and stability ball work.

Each workout features a different area of emphasis to trigger hypertrophy and overarching muscle fatigue – chest, legs, shoulders, arms, and back- so that you finally see the tone and shape you are after.

Each workout features a personal record (PR) lift so that you can actively monitor your strength gains and pursue goals in the gym. The PR lifts rotate through squat, row, deadlift, chin ups, shoulder press, and hip thrusts.
